Modern Two Bedroom Home in Historic Centro

This home is located three blocks from the Jardin or main square. Designed with a modern aesthetic it was built with comfort in mind. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and flat-screen television. The bedrooms also have mini-splits with provide heat during the few weeks it's needed and AC for the warmer months.

The rooftop has 360-degree views of San Miguel including the lake ( presa ) and all of the beautiful churches throughout town. Maid service once per week. High-speed internet and filtered water throughout.

* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.

RENTAL RATES:

Night: $ 300 / $ 400 for Holidays/Winter - (Three-night minimum)
Week: $1,500 / $ 1,800 for Holidays/Winter
Month: $ 3,500 / $ 4,200 for Winter

Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
