Filtered water throughout the house and a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen, cable TV and wifi. TV's in the living room, master bedroom and Den. Maid service included once per week. All services are paid for by the renter. Parking available for one car.

* The house staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times but at overtime rates. Please inquire should you need additional time.
