Wesley Gleason:

Wesley Gleason has a lifelong love of San Miguel.  A native of Atlanta, Wesley has come to San Miguel throughout his life and has lived full-time in San Miguel for the last 8 years.  Trained as a psychotherapist, Wesley worked in San Francisco and New York before making San Miguel his home.  Having restored an 18^th Century home in Centro, Wesley is knowledgeable about the process and has remained intrigued by San Miguel real estate and architecture ever since.  After working in San Miguel real estate for 5 years, Wesley formed Agave San Miguel to bring together the best team of professionals in the business.

Linda Moss:

Linda Moss brings a lifetime of sales experience to the Agave Team.  A former resident of the San Francisco Bay area, Linda was sales manager for KPIX, the CBS San Francisco affiliate, and then made General Manager of KGMB in Hawaii.  During those years, Linda honed her skills in managing both people and situations in the high pressure broadcasting industry.

As a seven-year resident of San Miguel de Allende, Linda’s professional skills have helped myriad buyers and sellers negotiate home sales.  Linda’s expertise helps her clients navigate the often-tricky waters of home ownership in Mexico by eliminating potential problems before they arise.

Nancy Nashban brings incredible real estate experience to Agave San Miguel.  Affiliated with Sotheby’s Real Estate in Paradise Valley, Arizona, Nancy has the ability to garner clients from around the globe.  Nancy has won real estate’s highest honors including International President's Elite Award,Top One Percent of Agents Worldwide, Lifetime Phoenix Presidents Roundtable, and Who's Who in Real Estate.

As owner of Portal San Miguel and Inside San Miguel Magazine, Klaudia combines an incredible knowledge of marketing with her Agave real estate career.  Bringing Tedx to San Miguel has connected her with some of the city’s newest admirers and residents. Lisa Rochford:

Lisa Rochford, a Canadian native, has resided in San Miguel de Allende since 2002.  A lifelong equestrian, Lisa has been heavily involved in the Mexican equestrian community, winning two national dressage championships.  In addition to her passion for horses, Lisa brings over twenty-three years of management experience to Agave San Miguel.  She was the regional manager of Carlar Hospitality, a Canadian company that conducted and managed quality control evaluations.  At Agave San Miguel, Lisa specializes in equestrian properties, bringing her enthusiasm and knowledge of horses and her commitment to quality to the San Miguel real estate community.

Ana Lilia Buendia:

Ana Lilia Buendia, a resident of San Miguel for 22 years, is a bilingual attorney with extensive experience in real estate transactions and all the procedures involved, including title insurance, mortgages, capital gains, wills and immigration issues.

A native of Mexico City, Ana Lilia opened San Miguel’s first mailing service franchise, Mail Boxes Etc. in 1996, and the first cellular services and VOIP services in town many years ago.

Monica Carillo McGreggor

Monica Carrillo McGregor was born and raised in Mexico City.   She spent the last 18 years living in Houston, Texas, where she graduated from the University of Houston in Corporate Communications and worked for Neiman Marcus and other luxury retailers.  Now living in San Miguel de Allende, where her family resides, Monica enjoys the advantage of being bi-cultural and bilingual.  Monica has had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and Asia and is passionate about other cultures.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish and speaks some French.  Her ability to relate to clients and to communicate clearly in several languages is a wonderful asset for Agave San Miguel.

Jim Castro

Jim Castro brings a wealth of real estate experience to Agave San Miguel. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jim earned an MBA from UCLA in real estate finance before managing retail real estate with some of the top retailers in the states, including Gap, Banana Republic, and Coach. After moving to San Miguel and restoring an 18th Century colonial property 8 years ago, he has fallen in love with San Miguel and has made it his home. Jim has joined Agave San Miguel to launch its rental division, bringing his real estate and financial experience to the rental market in San Miguel.
